Sales Tax and Fees


Sales tax is calculated automatically based on the customer’s shipping address and is displayed at checkout.
All applicable taxes—including those related to shipping—are included in the final amount shown before payment.Processing


Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding transit time after shipping.
We do not ship on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or on national public holidays.

If items require special handling—such as large crystals or limited inventory—processing times may be longer. Delays may also occur during peak seasons. We will notify you via email in such cases.


Shipping Costs

Within the Continental United States:

  • Orders under $99: Flat $5 Ground Shipping

  • Orders $99 and above: Free Ground Shipping

International Orders:

  • Shipping rates vary based on the destination country/region, package weight, and shipping speed.

  • Customers are responsible for picking up packages at local customs and paying any applicable duties or import taxes.

Priority shipping may be offered at checkout depending on your region and availability.


Transit Times

U.S. Domestic Orders:

  • Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days

  • Priority Shipping: Estimated 1–5 business days, depending on location and shipping selection

International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–6 weeks, depending on shipping method and destination.

Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays during transit.


Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

If tracking shows “label created” but no movement from the carrier, please allow 10–14 business days before contacting us.

Returns & Lost Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, please contact us within 30 days to request reshipment. Unclaimed returns after this period will be restocked.

Import & Customs (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for picking up packages from their local customs office and covering any duties, taxes, or related fees.

Customs clearance times are beyond our control and may impact delivery schedules.
